Great environment but poor management - Store Manager Fire & Flower Employee Review

Terrible upper management. During my time with the company we went through a total of 4 district managers (in 3 years). All of these managers had poor emotional intelligence. I was once told one of my stores would be closing, and that I had 3 hours to inform my team. Not only that, but within those 3 hours they all had to decide whether they wanted a layoff or transfer. 3 hours is not enough time for any of this.
