Pros
- Many of the partners and employees alike are extremely approachable and helpful. - If you are in the early stages of your career, the exposure you'll get here in the first 1-2 years will equal the first 5 years at most other investment banks. - Everyone has an opportunity to take on more than what their job description is and can be promoted far quicker than usual as a result.
Cons
- Salary may not be amazing early but great performance could change that. - High expectations. While you will get support in the meantime, you do still have to perform and show you are putting in the effort to improve.
