Pros

Work from home is the only advantage

Cons

As a training company, this place sets a shockingly poor example. Disorganised, chaotic, and lacking any clear direction, it is by far one of the worst working environments I've encountered. The atmosphere is toxic—criticism is constant, support is nonexistent, and belittling behaviour seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Leadership is severely lacking. Ironically, the senior management team could benefit most from attending their own courses—particularly in basic people management and professional conduct. It's disappointing to see a company meant to teach others fall so far below even the most basic standards themselves.

Pros

Payment, but not much more.

Cons

After providing couple of well rated trainings I ended up providing a training fir a group of badly educated bankers from the same division of a known bank. They were afraid of not passing the exam and I received a bad rating from them, in fact there was one rating - the boss provided the rating. The rest of participants were not allowed to. In an email exchange with me the same boss praised the training and she was very thankful for all the editional training material her employees received from me, for some reason though she presented me in a very bad light in front of my employer. FIREBRAND UK has diminished all positive ratings of my previous trainings outside of UK and this is how my cooperation with FIREBRAND as a company ended. Never been treated with such a low respect by any training association. FIREBRAND has proven not to value honest and fair cooperation. Let me add it was ok for the FIREBRAND to ask me to be paid less whenever the amount of participants was not big enough, but it was not ok to stand up behind a trainer being unfairly judged. Cannot leave one positive word about values of this company as a former employeE.
