Pros
Not very much. Sometimes you come across lovely customers who you can spend loads of time with. That's all really.
Cons
Management do not care about you. Including area managers and retail managers. You are all replaceable to them. Company had a massive meltdown since January which completely messed up the business but no apology or support from HO or directors. High turn over of staff since then (explains the huge recruitment). HO do not answer the phone or emails even when you rely on them so much!!! So many people off sick with stress. LONE WORKING. Covering other stores without choice So much product knowledge for such low pay. No commission and not even a pat on the back for sales over £10K. Overall really unsupportive and worst year of working in retail of my life. AVOID!!!!
