Poor pay - Customer Service Firefly Legal Employee Review

Firefly Legal is the kind of place that always puts the customer’s needs ahead of their own and treats their employees like part of the family. Firefly focuses on integrity, dedication and teamwork to make sure the clients are happy and stress free. There is not an issue Firefly has not been able to resolve.

I have no cons about this company

The company has a very relaxed dress code, the work environment was very friendly, a lot of good people to work with, the office is in a great location.

No room for advancement. The company got very tight with money. They cut paid lunch, they cut overtime, they let go of a lot of really good employees only because they could not afford to pay their salaries. They also began to hire a lot of part-time employees to cut costs.
