I've been here two months and in the industry for 20+. By far the best group of people I've ever worked with. Extremely supportive and generous (no necessarily from a salary standpoint). Leadership is very accessible and positive. Not at all stressful.
Cons
Not a place to make a lot of money, but you will love your job.
