Pros
- The salary is amazing - Fully furnished apartment - Compensation for your traveling expenses
Cons
- No contract, be very careful. Your rights aren't protected, it's not clear what happens if there are any work accidents, and your job is not promised. It's very important to be aware of that, but they won't tell you anything until a few days before your start date. They send you the paperwork (an employee guide, not a contract) to sign. Read it very well before you decide this is for you. - The communication is horrible They'll say they'll call you by a specific date, you will wait .... and wait... and wait. Nothing. You will be the one calling them and running after them, after your pay, etc. If by miracle you get a hold of them, they will not know how to help you, they'll refer you to someone else who will refer you to someone else... Very confusing experience. - Lack of organization - Not attentive to the employees. They are just looking to fill positions and don't care much about what happens next. You're not collaborating with them, you are a pawn.
