      Downtown location, easily accessible by TTC

      Some people can work from home, but it's all favouritism as to who can It's a 10 year old company, little incentives and little learning opportunity

      Pros

      Fantastic work culture, open door policy, close knit and welcoming, great work to life balance, good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Company isn't incredibly large so not necessarily a ton of room for growth. With that being said, many people have been with the company for a long time.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and team. Not a single person I dislike working with. Fully remote but office space is still available for those who like to go in. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      PE owned and definitely shows sometimes.
