OK not Great - Anonymous employee First Advantage Employee Review

Do not feel there is any chance to grow. Managers are only looking out for themselves. They dance around honest answers to genuine questions/issues. Employees have no control over career path and have no choice in what position they are moved to. No one is held accountable for anything and the front line people will always take the fall. Most training is online and not effective. Off shoring work to India causes those of us in the US major headaches and more work in the end.
