      Overtime is available sometimes - nice.

      Cons

      You don't get Holidays. You can't get vacation approved. They change your hours and only give you 24 hours notice. Employee's life and needs are considered highly insignificant.

      remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

      work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
