Pros

First of all, this company is in a state of total transformation so guess what, LOTS of bumps and pains. If you're up for jumping on board a business that is going to change the screening industry then this is the place for you. I have a secret though, you're going to have to work your butt off for it. I've been here for a long time and no matter how crazy it is I still love walking in the door every day. Your job and your career are what you make of it so until you can take responsibility for that you'll never be successful. So the Pros are: - TONS of opportunity to contribute to big transformation. - I feel empowered every day because I choose to and because it's actually expected. - The work is hard and at times frustrating and always rewarding at the end of the day. - Hours are long but action packed. - You have to actually think all day every day.

Cons

- There aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done - Technology is still a big challenge but a work in progress - Keeping clients happy is tough but also a work in progress - Sometimes our timelines are more aggressive than I'd like

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Cons

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
