Pros

Almost all employees are remote.

Cons

The worst company I have ever worked for - period. Zero organization of goals. Zero leadership, Zero resources to do your job. Cheap. Culture of disrespect. Terrible benefits. Pay under industry standards. 60 hour weeks are a norm. The most toxic, exhausting, frustrating experience of my life.

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Cons

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
