Wonderful place with wonderful people. Good management, decent benefits, and an employee discount.

Hard to make a living there, but that feels more like a product of the current economic state of our country than a huge fault of the co-op. Some departments have a pretty high turnover rate, but I think the number one culprit of that is that they hire quite a few college students.

Coworkers can be nice, and friendly.

Accused me of calling someone Phil racist when I was written up for perfumes that quite literally were my hair product. There is barely any black haircare products in corvallis let alone at the co-op. Accused me and then asked if I was working my shift. They also don’t pay you enough to afford the food and target college students.
