All development projects have moved from first american india to onsite. Very toxic work culture. Number of actual people working on the project is less than number of people asking for project status. As a Software engineer you will be asked to do everything. Business analysts cant drive any meeting, so you have to take grroming call, stand up call, early look call, all sorts of calls. Number of working hours >14 on avg Old technology projects where you will not have any autonomy to design and ship new software incompetent people's have stayed over longer time to become manager and they will make your life hell Every day 12 meetings on average. you will get very less time to do the actual work
