      Pros

      Workplace was very understanding and accommodating of time off especially for kids and activities.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough braves. Also a couple of busy body employee as that gossiped often and had no disregard for the consequences of their actions.

      Pros

      The employees are always willing to help each other in their job tasks as well as personal outside support activities. It's a great feeling to know relationships extend outside the walls of the bank.

      Cons

      Working downtown requires an additional expense of parking. That can at times be a financial burden.
