Imagine working for an employer that doesn't even allow you to contribute to a 401K plan until a year in. Imagine working for a boss who gets mad at their team for not pinging them when they're late for a meeting that's a set meeting on the calendar every week. Imagine being a person of color working in a room full of people who feel comfortable being prejudice with their speak. Imagine working for a company that lists "connection" as one of their values yet you have no connection with anyone on your team because there's no plan to connect. Imagine being told that you need to learn how to navigate difficult personalities because they pacify Directors who cuss, yell and ice out employees. Long story short: wack team, wack company.
