Pros
Great people, healthy environment (mentally and physically.) You can really tell that the company is putting effort into their employees well-being. The office we're in is newly renovated - the break room has a pool table and a fully stocked snack fridge (compliments of the company.) We just got new equipment including top of the line machines, standing desks (they move up and down as needed), and noise cancelling headsets. Everyone in the building seems to be hardworking with a good attitude. So far I've been treated very well which is an amazing motivator - it means a lot to work for a place that cares about its people. Pay is fair by Missoula standards.
Cons
No downsides from what I've seen. I haven't heard any valid complaints from other employees.
