Pros
Modern offices if you are not a call center agent Organised, strict and well defined procedures Basically it's a good prospect if you are a 0-2 years experience software developer/sys admin looking to get into SQL,.NET (or the equivalent sys admin stuff) and to learn to function/communicate within a company
Cons
Just about 0 career opportunities, early on you should realize there's a visible wall to how far you can go Little talent to learn from and the stuff you work on is mostly maintenance/improvements on the existing infrastructure A lot of pressure throughout the year not because there's a deadline but because productivity matters. The salary does not reflect the extra pressure or the often extended working hours Would not recommend to a friend unless he was fresh out of univ looking for anything
