Pros

Wish I could think of some pros! RUN! So glad to not be associated with this company .

Cons

Company provides terrible training. The current office manager is abnormally obsessed with competitors. The local competitor has the market lion share and for good reason! The produce a good product and provide good training. This company on the other hand .....Sends this crazy woman from Houston that is very unprofessional and calls current sales reps dumb. Totally disorganized makes statements that are negative about myself as a new sales rep and also spent a large part of the time talking about personal life stories that did not relate to sales or selling coffee. She sat during the training and asked my advice on her seat placement for her trip home the next day. REALLY! The office is dirty out dated and just down embarrassing. When I opened a desk drawer for a pen the the drawer front fell off. OMG! Pay is very low and the commission compensation is terrible as well. Car allowance is a joke as well After a 2 week period of training still felt I had no true training on pricing. Just a joke. How do you sell a product when you are not given the proper skills to do so. Worst experience ever!

Pros

First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

Cons

PTO accrual could be improved

Pros

insurance, they pay be the hour, 8 hour work day

Cons

the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
