      I really can't say there are any pros to this company

      Cons

      Small office very low salary and management here is very strange. Competing with the Aramark's of this world I am not sure how they can compete. I was offered job then when I came back to turn in paperwork it was thrown at me wrong move. I walked out and never looked back.

      Pros

      First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

      insurance, they pay be the hour, 8 hour work day

      Cons

      the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
