-Incorrect benefit info during onboarding -High-stress -Understaffed -Inconsistent training -Underpaid; pay rate is significantly less than other EAPs, though we do more of the work for the client than the other EAPs do -High turnover -Ignored constant feedback of our needs -Not provided opportunities I was told I would receive -No raises since COVID started -Complaints about coworkers (by multiple other coworkers) not resolved
