      I have nothing positive to say about First Choice.

      Cons

      The owner treats his employees horribly and overworks and underpays his "management" team. Unless you are part of his family you will have no future. He terminates employees at his discretion only. He shows no loyalty to anyone regardless of how hard you work to help his business. Good companies are not unionized. First Choice was forced into a union.

      flexible to say the least. 6 months and i haven't had an issue with the clients or employer Can take advantage of the classes they offer to ranking up and being a CNA. If you are looking for a job in the medical field, this is a great first step to take

      No cons to be honest. Everything is exactly how i imagined it to be.

      You’re alway alone, rude clients, limited communication with the company, company doesn’t seem care for you
