      Bad energy, lies, cheats, and will steal clients and any back end renewal money he owes you. Beware of his BS. They will lie To senior citizens all day to make quick money.

      Pros

      First Choice is a great place to work! Mike is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with employees and agents at all levels. He is a wealth of knowledge in the senior market place and always leads with honesty. First Choice allows for flexibility if you are a working parent and has endless possibilities for those willing to work for it.

      Cons

      Organization, adaptability and communication are must in order to succeed at this job.
