Pros
FCB is truly a unique place to work. Everyone cares for each other, works for the client's best interest, and does their job with the utmost respect to the bank's guiding principle of "service excellence." Pay is fair, customers are (almost always) friendly, management is knowledgeable and accessible, and employees strive to serve as a team. While everyone is always excited for Friday, no one I have encountered has ever complained about coming to work. I meet someone at least once a week who has been with the bank for over 20 years, and some as long as 40. I think that low turnover rate speaks to the bank's culture and dedication to providing the best care for its employees. I could not speak more highly of the position or of the bank.
