Pros
The company is very ethical and doesn't involve itself in shady tactics that other banks have been found guilty of. The HR department doesn't micromanage you.
Cons
First Citizens likes to take over other banks, cut jobs (they do pay severance) and then expect less people to do the same amount of work. This is true amongst all parts of the company, including and especially in Human Resources. They cut positions and then gave you the same amount of money to do more work.
