Pros
Amazing people, the team is incredibly kind, gracious, and always will have your back, and they are also very committed to excellent patient care no matter the time or day. As a midlevel provider, if there is a question or concern about a patient, any and all physicians are always available to help.
Cons
The pay is way lower than it should be for the work load, there is not very much PTO, they continue to increase the number of patients despite the fact that there aren't enough providers to handle them.
