Pros
The other employees are helpful and friendly. You get to know the individuals in your office and the home office very well. They encourage and foster a family-friendly environment and group activities with coworkers outside of work are encouraged, but not required. They will work you hard, but they also see you as a person and not just another cog.
Cons
The company’s home office can seem disorganized to field staff. Also, they can seem a bit behind with regard to technological advancements. But I have heard from current employees that the company is working hard and fast to change these issues with positive results.
