Pros
-You can learn various transferrable skills in the banking sphere - banking holidays and 9-5 sch with rotations for weekends based on dept and position -entry level positions are relied on heavily to support management and you have the ability to learn skills above your pay grade which will lead to better opportunities
Cons
-management is often less knowledgeable than their staff -changes to PTO and sick time / daily schedules / job descriptions made with little notice, and directly contradicts parameters discussed in interviews -Poor training and communication regarding procedures, changes -Pay does not correlate to work load
