Used to be a good company to work for before new leadership took over and did not provide support.

Bad leadership, promote unqualified employees, unfair treatment, high stress level, many changes without advance notice, no bonuses past 2 years and the more you give the more they expect with no real appreciation. HR and CEO does not really listen and if you speak up you are targeted and eventually let go or forced to resign. Mentally exhausting.
