Pros
The uniform allowance WHEN they let you order what you want in the correct sizes. Maybe it’s different at other properties but the CEO was very kind.
Cons
Slumlords. They will work you to the bone and depreciate your value like a used car. They have ridiculous policies about over time and make you cut random days making you more understaffed last minute. They really abuse your time card to save them money instead of paying you for your OT. They love keeping you understaffed and rarely change carpets even with urine stains because they’re so cheap. They’ll hold back your bonus and raise even with a near PERFECT review.
