They pay well, always an open door to talk to management. Management keeps a good relationship with client sites and keeps the information flowing.

You are at a client site and the day to day management ends up being out of the control of First Consulting.

First Consulting Inc CARES about its people. You're not just a number. I have seen where they took a loss to help an employee out when that employee had a hard life-situation happen. First Consulting Inc communicates with their employees. You're not assigned to a client and forgotten about. I get weekly calls asking if I'm happy, and if I need anything. They offer much better benefits than all the Contract Houses I know about. Many of the Contract people at this Client who are not with First Consulting say they wish they WERE.

I can think of none. I gave the "Compensations & Benefits" a 4 out of 5 ONLY because some corporations' direct hire benefits are better. Compared to other Consulting Agencies (and Contract Agencies), First Consulting is 5 out of 5!
