Pros
Everyone at the company is endlessly welcoming and extremely passionate about what they do. VR game studios are not very common for a reason: it's the cutting-edge of the industry. I really looked forward to working with everyone every day and had a lot of pride in the projects I got to contribute to.
Cons
There is volatility in the market by nature of VR and gaming being the way that they are, but I sincerely think First Contact is well-positioned to weather the storm and continue developing cutting-edge VR titles.
