You are always surrounded with hard working, positive people and the atmosphere is fast paced and exciting which makes you actually want to get up and go to work in the morning.

The main con to this business is the amount of commitment you have to put into it. Which could lead to making it more difficult to manage work and life balance however once you have progressed through the business it will make it all worth it. You also need to be willing to put a lot of hard work into this business.

I have been working for first face ltd for 8 months. I am giving the company a five star review because it has provided me with a lot of personal development. I have progressed quickly, growing skills in many areas and gaining increased responsibility in a short time at the company. The role is a training program and offers a lot to any who are willing to commit. Fun and sociable atmosphere full of motivated people.

The job requires an above average work ethic and above average commitment. You will put in long hours as you progress.
