DO NOT WORK HERE - Sales Advisor First Fence Employee Review

The management team are absolutely horrendous. They have absolutely no people skills. I have never know for so many workers to be pulled in for disciplinary hearings for the most basic of things. 3 months sales of not hitting an unachievable sales target...disciplinary. The vibe is to push for every sale you can, to the point of stalking customers for any amount of sale. Absolutely no progression opportunities even if someone wanted to stay there for more than 5 minutes.
