      Management was wonderful and really cares about their employees. I was displaced by a tornado and the took up a benefit account to help my family.

      Health benefits kind of stinks, high deductible high copay.

      Experience gained and customer book of business

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
