Whew. Well, the company's creed is "Putting YOU First." That's you, as in the customer, not the employee. As an employee, you're last. Always. Want a raise? Management tells you that you're already making too much. Informed I could never take a two-week vacation. Benefits are horrendous. Advancement is incredibly limited.
