Finding it hard to list pros to this.
Cons
They do not provide for employees. It is company-first and they WILL NOT care about you beyond numbers. I have seen several people bullied into quitting. You can get paid better elsewhere. You cannot advance or change departments without permission from a manager. There is zero flexibility with work from home. Management is not held accountable for their failings. You are expendable, do not let them convince you otherwise.
