All the workers and managers are very friendly. They create an environment where it is easy to learn. The setting is also very relaxed.

I didn't find a con during my time here. I was able to learn a lot in a short amount of time and met some great contacts!

There are no pros to discuss

This is the worst company to work for. They discriminate against employees based on your location. The benefits for California are way better and cost effective than other employee states. Management is horrible and there is no moral. There’s no opportunity for growth. The systems crash multiple times a week for both employees and clients. The 3rd party company who services the platforms ie online banking are horrible. All training is conducted via word of mouth- so there are no resources to properly consult when you need help. The entire fraud department is less than 10 people so they outsource their work to other employees. This entire company is just a mess. I would only recommend working here IF your next option is something illegal.
