- Total nepotism, you need to know someone there or they will harass you 100% guaranteed
- very low skill employees in general with ultra low motivation
- people with no skills in IT joining from inside the company as they have connections with management
- you will be fixing some one else's mess
- they hire and fire at will not questions asked, no explanation for letting you go
- you might be forced to train a junior employee from the bank on your job and after this they can just fire you and give him your tasks
