      Pros

      Firstlook is actually a great company. Everyone is supportive, and the managers actually take out the time to work with you to make sure you do well.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be laid off. Today, at this time of writing was the last day. Out of no where you get told to not come in, because they're, "rearranging the office," only to find out you been let go, because it's workforce reduction on Microsoft Teams instead of telling you upfront.

      Management and staff were great to work with. The training was very thorough.

      The work places were small but from my understanding the office moved to a larger location.
