      Pros

      Strong on site training. Flexible schedule. Tuition reimbursement is a plus. CME benefit is higher than average. Staff is friendly and responsive.

      Cons

      There are few chances for advancement. The medical directors in each region run several clinics and quickly take over any opening clinics. The only time that advancement is available is through loss of current employees.

      lomng wait possible,did, not accept all insurances,,did not always ask what insurance that you had befor you sat down, waiting room cluttered, floors dirty
