Culture is nonexistent now, People talk the talk (Values, Vision) but don't practice what they preach, Many higher level departmental managers don't know how to lead, they pick and choose who they speak with, how much effort does it take to speak with your team?, this all impacts employee engagement which has suffered greatly, the company as a whole is very reactive rather than proactive, constantly 'putting out fires', we talk about and do the same things over and over but don't make much progress, Office politics are alive and thriving, if you play the game, use the right words, etc you WILL be protected, no opportunity for growth and development, annual goals are set during the 2nd or 3rd quarters but evaluated for entire year, managers are not held accountable by appropriate dept to get done in a timely manner,
