Pros

The job is for doctors & almost all are from India & outside of the US. The salary is low but just enough. The best part of the job is work from home. Will recommend only for the reason that its work from home.

Cons

- The company is extremely unstable & even after 5+ years calls itself a start-up. Basically there have been no updates or improvements made. The rules are on a Google Drive document & can change at a moment's notice. Same goes for firing employees. In one incident, 7 employees were fired in a couple of hours as the company decided to scale down the budget. They keep experimenting with different strategies & have still not found which will work to sustain the company for the long term. Also, the clinics are extremely understaffed & the doctors are over worked. - The night shifts can be strenuous. Involves a lot of typing. Since its under-staffed, continuous typing for 8 hours/day can be tiring.

Pros

NONE worth mentioning here except the facility to work from home.

Cons

1. People who are lesser qualified than you in every way will give you orders and decide your fate in the company. 2. This company is a bunch of people with NO VISION at all and under-qualified people in higher management positions are busy minting money for themselves and keeping their positions safe. 3. Almost 7 years old, but just like a girl, they want to hide their age and prefer addressing themselves as a Start-Up. Surprising, isn't it?! 4. This company sucks away the personal time from NON US employees and the whole US team very religiously takes all weekends and all public holidays off. For NON- US employees, no weekend offs, no offs even on your most important festival. 5. Let's come to growth in this company. People who are good at buttering or playing dirty politics can mint a lot of money from this company and can grow as well but the hard-working lot has to get negative feedbacks, no appreciations, no hikes and they have to struggle really hard to show their worth to worthless and ungrateful leadership team. This list can go on and on but I prefer to stop here.
