An employer that looks out for its employees, They understand, respect and encourage a healthy work-life balance. Great co-workers, many that have been here for a long time and helpful in sharing their knowledge and experience when needed. Overall management is very good. I feel valued and enjoy working for this company.
Cons
I don't feel there are any overall negatives to note.
If you are a floater, the mileage you receive is fantastic.
Cons
There is no room for growth at all. You
need a college degree or come from a family that has a name for themselves to move up. The employees are stuck in their ways and do not like change. Don’t get me started on senior management…Most of them are a whole freaking joke up to the CEO! I have never met individuals that treat their employees with so much disrespect. Some of the leadership staff are not openminded at all. If you are not white and heterosexual, good luck! (The homophobia is real here.) Their pay is so freaking low compared to the market and industry. If you come from a banking background, they may start you “high” but good luck getting a decent raise. The company as a whole is not up to date with technology comparing other financial institutions. Please RUN if you even consider working here.
