      PTO, medical benefits, 401K, sick days

      Cons

      This really did used to be a great place to work. Not anymore. If you want to work for a place where the CEO is the center of all the drama and you get promoted for performing "favors" for him, go for it. If you want to earn a promotion based in your own merritt, this is not the place for you.
