Pros
Employs some good people. Great location. Travel card paid for (after passing probation). Fruit and cakes provided daily.
Cons
Too many promises given on interviews - the more they need you the more promises you will hear. after a month or two it becomes apparent that none of them will ever materialise and you are facing another job hunt. Few nasty bullies work there, who are allowed to treat everyone around like garbage because senior management has no clue how to handle those people. No HR - hiring and firing done by trainee team leaders with no HR knowledge or training. Senior management is apathetic and not very supportive.
