Not very structured and need to be a self-starter.

It doesn't take long to make really good friends here. You'll work with every age and stage and gain an appreciation for every part of the Body of Christ. The staff laughs together and supports each other. In addition, the health and retirement benefits are great. There is always leftover food around, if you're like me and enjoy a midday pick-me-up.

Leadership has a habit of letting the most skilled employees down by overworking them, that is, giving them responsibilities that belong to other roles and simply keeping the place understaffed. Communication between departments continues to struggle.
