Employee wellbeing, reasonable workloads, respect for personal time, and clear communication are all taken very seriously. Policies governing working hours, leave, and health-related matters are firmly in place, and all managerial staff are expected to uphold them.
Allegations of persistent pressure, disregard for medical leave, and inappropriate contact during holidays are not consistent with how our company operates. Had these concerns been raised through internal channels, they would have been addressed immediately.
We encourage all our employees who may be experiencing any difficulty to contact HR directly so that their concerns can be reviewed objectively and handled appropriately.
