      Pros

      Sometimes there’s over time when you dont want it. But when you need it, its not there.

      Cons

      12 hour days Overtime if they’re short on staff. Management just cares about numbers You do great then one mistake and they’ll hold it against you People will step on you just to advance HR is useless 401k is only a 3 percent match Very little vacation. One personal day a year!!! ONE!!! Very strict attendance policy.

      Not consistent hours but I get its a work life balance and some people appreciate that.

      Lack of communication, Stressful, no sense of a "team" everyone is out for their own.
