Not Great - Production First Quality Employee Review

Over worked. New employees get stuck at the front end of the machine which should be a two person job and pretty much never leave. Constantly running back and forth for 12 hours. Machines constantly break and you’re stuck doing the manual labor the robots should do. Training program is sub par.
